How to prepare :
1. Rinse the flattened rice ( poha) in water for a second until it get softened. Drain well and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in the pan , add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add curry leaves, chopped onion, green chillies and saute until onion get little brown.
4. Add peanuts or cashews and saute until it is lightly roasted.
5. Mix the rinse poha and add spices and nuts.
6. Add turmeric and salts and mix it gently.
7. Garnish with grated coconut and fresh coriander leaves.
8. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
