BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup fresh or frozen berries.
  • 1/2 cup yogurt ( plain or flavoured)
  • 1/2 cup milk / coconut milk/ almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Vanilla extract ( optional)

Before preparing Blueberry smoothie , following step should be taken.

  1.  Rinse 1 cup of berries in water for 3-4 times.
