MANGO PAN CAKE

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 table spoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 table spoons melted butter
  • 1 riped mango
  • Whipped cream, maple syrup ( optional ).

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Mix dry ingredients like flour, sugar, bakingpowder and salt
  2. Mix wet ingedrients milk,egg,melted butter.
  3. Pour wet and dry ingredients togetherand mixed until it it is combined.
  4. Add diced mango in the batter.
  5. Heat nonstick pan on medium heat and pour 1/4 butter in the pan .
  6. Flip the mix ingredients and cook until its turn brown.
  7. Serve with whipped cream or a maple syrup (optional) according to taste.

TIPS :

  • Use good quality of mangoes for flavour an tastes.
  • Don’t over mix the batter 
  • From prevent burning adjust the heat of the pan.
