Mango cheese cake -No Bake

Recipe

Ingedrients-

1 tin Nestle milk maid.
100 g (15 biscuits) Low sugar biscuits.
3 tbsp Melted butter
2 tbsp Gelatin
1/2 cup Water
200 ml Cream
200g Grated Paneer
1/4 Mango Flavour (optional)

Instructions-

Step 1 - Crush the biscuits and add melted butter and mix well. Press it onto greased shallow glass dish and chill for 10 min.
Step 2 - Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water for next 10 min. Dissolve it over a pan of hot water.
Step 3 - Blend the grated paneer , nestle milkmaid , dissolved gelatin and mango flavour ( optional) using a beater.
Step 4 - Add the mango puree and blend for another minute. Gently fold the whipped cream into the paneer - milkmaid mixture.
Step 5 - Pour onto the chilled biscuit layer and let it set into the refrigerator and decorate the mango cheese cake with mango pieces.

Tips :

1. Choose ripe mangos , Fresh mango adds a natural sweetness and give vibrants colour to the cheesecake.
2. Use room temperature ingredients and prevents its from over mixing
3. Top with whipped cream or toasted coconut can be added.
4. Allow for at least 5 hours to set the mango cheese cake properly.
